Our pedigree

Established in 2005 after working within the Executive Search & Selection industry for over 10 years Julian Cresswell started the business with a number of key objectives; to be focused up on niche areas of the UK industrial sector, those being aerospace,  metals, automotive, engineering driven and not attempt to be a Jack-of-all-trades; to be ethical in the treatment of both candidates and clients, e.g. the client accepts and approves the shortlist not the consultant; there are no false promises to candidates and finally maintaining communication to all parties.
